The PDP-Challenge
TASK:
Siemens is offering potential development programs worldwide. High potential employees are supported by the PDP and can develop their full potential. The film is supposed to increase the popularity of the program.
CONCEPT:
From business to a ninja warrior park. Where else can you get to your limits, discover your strengths and achieve your goals with teamwork? The PDP participants Audri, Isabella, Maja, Tshepo and Michael fall down, stand up again, help each other and reach their goals together.
IMPLEMENTATION:
The project was realized with a professional coach at a ninja warrior park in Erlangen close to the Siemens location where the participants had to go through all the obstacles.
