CEO and founder of Al Dente Entertainment, has been working in the media industry for over thirty-five years, including as a film and series buyer for RTL or as a producer and director of various award-winning TV formats and shows. Peter Schels is now a lecturer at various colleges and universities and a sought-after speaker at media and marketing events.
His favorite topics in workshops: humor as a top value for companies, recruiting videos and employer branding as well as storytelling in corporate videos. As a multiple award winner, he sits on numerous national and international juries.
Not ideally suited for the diplomatic service due to its directness, but very suitable for clear communication and honesty.
He is clearly a team dog and loves nothing more than surprising people.
David Meadows-Hertig
Partner
Responsible for IT and many digital topics. David is also responsible for some great national and international film projects on both the producing and directing side. International locations (selection): USA, China, Australia, Turkey, Italy, UK. Director’s references by David (selection): MLL, Rubner Holzbau, University of Bayreuth.
He was one of the first to have the topic of DSLR technology or drone images on his radar.
David studied business administration in Bayreuth and his love of numbers and financing options has remained with him to this day. He is also 100% customer-oriented.
He is always easy to reach and known for short response times and entertaining storytelling.
Oliver Berger
Partner
Co-founder of Al Dente Entertainment and entrepreneurial jack-of-all-trades. His company Bergerventure invests in numerous start-ups and is also active in the real estate sector throughout Germany.
Oliver is the classic icebreaker, if only because his good mood and humor are contagious.
Coming from a well-known dynasty of management consultants, he brings a lot of experience when it comes to strategic objectives and business know-how. He speaks five languages and practically all dialects and is always up for a good football discussion. His greatest asset: his warmth
