The Experiment
TASK:
A film for employees and candidates that represents the brand LEONHARD WEISS. Positive and authentic storytelling that also attracts clients and partners.
CONCEPT:
There are two groups of employees at Leonhard Weiss. The ones at the office inside and the ones who work mostly outside. Both groups meet inside a hangar. With questions we get to find out mutual qualities potential candidates can relate with. All of them share the company’s values and the passion for construction.
SUCCESS:
More than 30.000 views, shared 200 times and comments like “Touching and motivating video!” and “I am proud to work at Leonhard Weiss! An extraordinary project.”
At the Cannes Corporate Media & TV Awards 2019, the project was honored with the gold award
