TASK:

A recruiter is always looking for good personnel himself and wants to take a new, courageous path. Hence the reckoning with numerous recruiting films that Avantgarde Experts and all of us have had to watch together over the years.

CONCEPT:

Deliberately unnatural and humorous. A completely exaggerated recruiting film that
makes fun of typical elements.

IMPLEMENTATION:

Actor? No thank you. Employees of Avantgarde themselves slip into the roles of the nerd, the singer-songwriter, the intellectual. The film was shot in his own office in the heart of Munich.

SUCCESS:

Not only the desired new employees came, but also numerous customers who were impressed by the courageous approach. Targets: exceeded.
Also winner of the German Business Film Award 2015.
