FIS is an SAP service provider from Grafenrheinfeld. The company has strong regional roots and is the largest IT employer in Mainfranken. This makes FIS the prime example of a hidden champion. Even on site, some people don’t know who or what FIS is. The war for talents does not stop at FIS. Finding suitable applicants is becoming more difficult from year to year. Therefore, a video solution for image and recruiting was sought.

In an intensive workshop, goals for the film were defined, corporate values were prepared and possible styles were determined. This resulted in an effective briefing for the project, in which it was important to all participants that the film was entertaining and related to the region. And so an idea for the most Franconian of all products was born: the bratwurst. A mockumentary (humorous documentary) about a fictitious FIS customer project. The company has achieved the impossible and digitized an industry that no one has digitized before: a bratwurst stand.

For the film, we had to invent a complete bratwurst stand. With numerous details, authentic props and lots of bratwurst, we have brought an empty food truck to life. Willis’s snack bar was born.
After an intensive casting, we found the perfect embodiment of the Franconian-cozy snack bar owner in our leading actor Gerhard Jilka.

FIS employees were allowed to appear in front of the camera as snack guests, and the roles of SAP experts were also played by the employees themselves. This creates a mixture of a fictional bratwurst world and a real IT world in the film, blurring the boundaries between humorous history and real insights.

The film was a complete success both internally and externally. Individual social media clips reached up to 500,000 organic views and 19,000 shares. The community eagerly discusses whether a snack bar with a SCRUM grill really exists or is just satire. FIS quickly gained over 200 followers and became the talk of the SAP community on Instagram. A true end-to-end solution.
