TASK:

VITOS is Hesse’s largest provider of mental and psychosomatic illnesses. These include care services for children and adolescents as well as neurology and orthopedics. The campaign reaches young doctors and prospective assistant doctors/medical students.

CONCEPT:

“Doctor, tell me the truth!” is something like the mother of all dialogue lines from medical series. And that’s exactly what it’s all about. We let various doctors have their say and tell their stories, with open and charming statements about themselves and what this job is all about. From the decision to the patients. The result in the main film was a coherent storyline that is also based on the values of the VITOS clinics.

In addition, numerous other film versions and cut-downs for various digital channels.

IMAGERY:

The testimonials speak directly into the camera. The viewer has the feeling that they are sitting opposite each other. Only the backgrounds change. These show different colors of the VITOS-CI.

IMPLEMENTATION:

A studio production with multiple cameras and numerous backgrounds, both from the sides and behind the people. We worked with a script as well as with open questions and answers. The testimonials should speak freely and openly and only reproduce the parts of the script that they feel 100% the same way.

Highlights for us were the often very emotional stories of the doctors.

SUCCESS:

The employer brand and the mission statement are conveyed indirectly and smartly in the films. The testimonials’ statements get under your skin and achieve a high level of identification in the target group. The feedback from the various clinics was consistently positive.
