Task:
How do you tell 100 years of company history without falling into nostalgia or getting bored? This is exactly the challenge we faced with the anniversary film for Festool. The aim was to stage a piece of brand history and at the same time make Festool’s DNA visible: “Inspired by craftsmanship.”
Concept:
No classic image film clichés, but pure authenticity. No actors, but proud customers who have relied on Festool for generations Employees who have lived and driven innovation for decades Craft stories that show why Festool is more than just a tool manufacturer
In this way, we combine 100 years of history with what Festool is all about today and in the future: innovative solutions, precision, passion and proximity to craftsmanship.
Implementation:
The film celebrated its premiere as part of the 100th anniversary campaign and was a complete success, both internally and externally. On social media, individual clips ensured a high reach and numerous interactions. Retailers used the film for their anniversary campaigns, while the community celebrated the storytelling as authentic and approachable. The result: a film that gives craftsmen a stage and a brand that has been working hand in hand with them since 1925.
