TASK:

Clausthal University of Technology is a small university in Lower Saxony, Germany. The self-proclaimed “Green University” has a lot to offer; Numerous courses of study with a focus on sustainability and future technologies and a campus in the heart of the extensive Harz region.

However, many prospective students do not know the location or the university itself. This is to change with an image film “A colorful film for a green university”, which meets exactly the target group of high school graduates and prospective students.

CONCEPT:

Tailored to the short attention span and content consumption of the young target group, a humorous script was developed. With a lot of speed, the film tells of the numerous advantages of studying at TU Clausthal and the extensive nature around it – always with a certain wit and a pinch of self-irony.

IMPLEMENTATION:

The nature photographs around the campus in Clausthal-Zellerfeld were taken in the golden autumn and supplemented in winter by photographs in the individual faculties. Students, researchers and lecturers from all departments took part in the filming and proudly give a brief insight into their current research projects in the film.

In addition to the long version of the film, there is also a shortened version for trade fairs and a vertical clip for social media
