TASK:
AUTOMAG celebrates its 100th anniversary in May 2019. To this end, a film is to be produced that will be distributed via social media channels and events. The film is intended to make AUTOMAG better known in and around Munich and to present it as an independent BMW dealer. The values of a real family business are in the foreground.
CONCEPT:
“Do you know what your dad does all day when he’s not at home?” This, and much more, the children of the employees were asked. First they were allowed to explore and discover the cars, and then they were allowed to sit in the driver’s seat themselves. Of course, we also filmed what the dads really do.
IMPLEMENTATION:
The film was made over two days of shooting. We first accompanied the dads and filmed the different workplaces and jobs from the workshop to offices. Then it was the kids’ turn: Where they are otherwise never allowed to sit – in the driver’s seat – they were interviewed in different cars in the car dealership.
