TASK:

Softbauware is a full-service ERP provider for the construction supply industry. The company provides software solutions to a growing customer base throughout Germany.

The task was to develop an entertaining film concept that at the same time provides a lot of information about the company. This was intended to appeal to both customers and new applicants – in short; A jack-of-all-trades as a film.

Looking at the extensive briefing material, the idea of the film was born.

CONCEPT:

A film that always enriches itself with new content. Because in the film, voice messages from the marketing department appear, which always suggests new content and expresses change requests. This creates a dynamic back and forth that ends in numerous funny statements and moments that you wouldn’t expect in a company or a recruiting film!

Many of these moments even come from the real briefing, for example that the offices should not be shown because they are not so modern.

IMPLEMENTATION:

The many short, staged sequences were filmed at Softbauware in Langen, without putting too much focus on the offices. The employees themselves became the actors. This gives the film its authenticity and conveys the most important value of software software: team spirit.

The film is used on the Softbauware website for recruiting and is also shown at presentations.
