TASK:

T.CON built its own employer brand with the slogan “What kind of guy are you?” a few years ago. This brand has been adapted to the target group in terms of graphics and content.
This resulted in a new career page, a trade fair stand, job advertisements and a complete redesign of all documents relevant to personnel marketing.

However, since this employer brand previously only existed in written form, T.CON commissioned us to bring this brand to life and dissolve what was behind it. The target group of recruiting is young, motivated and especially humorous people who can identify with the company and complement the T.CON team.

Above all, cooperation in this familiar working atmosphere is very important to T.CON.

CONCEPT:

In a mixture of text and images, T.CON and its employees are presented authentically and casually. In doing so, the film parodies the elements of classic recruiting films.

T.CON shows itself to be a real and humorous company that not everyone knows and that does not take itself too seriously. Nevertheless, one thing is paramount: the employees visibly feel comfortable and are more than satisfied with their workplace. The result is a film that portrays the company in a consistently positive way, but does not seem exaggerated and inauthentic. With a direct approach, the recruiting film is on a first-name basis and tells the viewer important, but also sometimes unimportant facts. Sympathetic and unobtrusive.

The concept of the typical image film is taken a little for a ride. This creates a humorous character. It seems authentic, honest and a little self-deprecating. The script is voiced by a narrator and underpinned with recordings and graphics.

IMPLEMENTATION:

It was filmed over two days at the headquarters of T.CON in Plattling. The graphics and animations were created in the T.CON colors.
