How a film workshop for recruiting led to a viral success.
At the SAP service provider FIS, we held a 1-day workshop. Goal: The perfect solution for an image film and recruiting video. The workshop brought together different people from different departments, who developed numerous ideas and narratives themselves and, above all, learned a lot about the topic of corporate film. The workshop collected valuable data and information in order to create a tailor-made concept.
The participants unanimously wished for an unusual and humorous film solution with a regional reference.
The film was a complete success both internally and externally. Individual social media clips reached up to 500,000 organic views and 19,000 shares. The community eagerly discusses whether a snack bar with a SCRUM grill really exists or is just satire. FIS quickly gained over 200 followers and became the talk of the SAP community on Instagram. A true end-to-end solution.

How long does an Al Dente Film Workshop last?
A one-day workshop runs from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. including a lunch break.
Where do the Al Dente Film Workshops take place?
The workshops usually take place on site at your company. For this we need a large conference room with a projector or screen as well as sufficient tables and chairs. And flipcharts. And coffee. Alternatively, we also offer all workshops in Munich at Al Dente. This is especially true for the workshop “Do-It-Your-Film”.
How much do the film workshops cost?
The workshops cost €4,900 + VAT + travel expenses. Do-it-Your-Film lasts two days and costs €990 per participant (mixed courses) or €9,900 for a company.
How much previous knowledge do I need? What's in for me?
